Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it within 30 days after delivery, we will ask you to send the product back to our factory (full address will be provided via email). After 30 days of delivery of the product, we shall not be liable to accept a return.

Return Conditions

You must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. Additionally, all customers must contact Diamondbrothers.co.uk for approval before sending or returning any item.

Shipping Responsibility

The customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.

Non-Refundable Items

Any sale or promotional items that are sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

When the product is incorrect from the one that you ordered or when the item is damaged, you must send photos or a video within 48 hours after delivery that shows the item is incorrect or DOA (Dead On Arrival).

Manufacturing Defects

Diamond Brothers warrants that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for the life of the products. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for inspection. If we determine the merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or replace the item.

How to Claim a Refund

You can claim a refund by sending an email to info@diamondbrothers.co.uk. We will refund your order to the original payment method, once it has been processed.
